Getting Started

How do I place an order?

You can start your journey right now! Have a look at Our Food and place an order....simple! 

Do I have to commit to a subscription?

No subscriptions, no tie-in, no obligation - you only receive and pay for Red Box Kitchen meals when you place an order online.

Am I going to need to prepare any food myself?

We take care of that for you! Our meals are delivered to you ready to heat and eat in microwave and oven safe containers. Heating instructions for each meal are printed on the sleeve.

Meals and Menu

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Yes! We offer a range of meal options such as gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. Simply select your requirement from the drop down menu in Our Food.

How do I know what allergens are included in my meal?

Each meal is labelled with everything you need to know. There is a full list of ingredients on each sleeve with allergens clearly highlighted in bold. We also have the same ingredient list displayed online with each meal.

Where can I find information regarding macronutrient breakdown for each menu item?

Together with a full nutritional analysis on the back, we also provide a nutritional breakdown on the front of our packaging incorporating the FSA approved traffic light labelling system. This information is also displayed online with each meal.

Delivery Information

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery throughout NI and ROI. We are working closely with our courier partners to extend our delivery area beyond Ireland. Watch this space!

How often and on what days do you deliver?

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you place your order before 12 midday, you will receive your order the next working day otherwise, you will receive it in 2 working days. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.

How are my meals delivered?

We carefully pack your meals in our bespoke, temperature-controlled packaging and ship via our courier partners.

How can I amend my personal details?

Go to Your Account Information to amend your personal details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and more.

I need to change, cancel or return my order. What can I do?
