Shipping policy

We deliver to UK, NI and ROI on next working day basis (Monday to Friday). 

We offer FREE next working day delivery on orders of £30 / €35 or more. Any order that is less than £30 / €35 is subject to a £6 / €7 delivery charge.

Minimum order value is £5 / €6. 

When placing an order, please note the cut-off time for next working day delivery is 12 midday (Monday to Thursday).

We carefully pack your order in our bespoke, temperature-controlled packaging which means that you can have your meals delivered to your place of work and pop them in the fridge once you get home.

Our courier partners use accredited drivers for your added peace of mind.

We will notify you by email when your parcel has been dispatched. 

You must specify delivery instructions if you are not available at your chosen delivery address. This could be to leave with a neighbour or at a safe place at your delivery address. This is at your own risk.
